More issues Nothing too worrying this time, but she's had some fatty lumps in her tummy/groin area for a while. The vet said last time that they were benign, but to keep an eye on them. Well Becky was grooming Peps the other day and noticed one has grown, all of a sudden. She booked P in for an appointment (her job has its uses ) and the vet did a needle aspirate to check that it hadn't turned nasty! Luckily it is still benign, but as it's in such a tricky area he's going to operate next week and remove them all. The one that's grown is going up inside her and has the potential to interfere with her bladder, so it's best to do it now!
£500 - £600 has been quoted, even with B's staff discount. Peps is insured, but after her problems earlier this year the insurance premiums have doubled (from £40 to £80 per month for them both) so we've decided not to claim in case they go up even more next year Becky has offered to go halves, so it's not quite as bad.......
