"Immaculate" goes a long way towards selling a property ... many people don't want to be fussed with renovation / redecoration these days and want to just walk into the place.

She could well get lucky and find someone offers that asking price ....

Oh yes, remember that property show called House Doctor? The best thing you can do to sell a house is whack in lots of 'neutral' on walls and floors, and remove the personality ;) 8-)

It will almost certainly sell quickly :)

Actually when we looked on zoopla the prices have gone up in the last couple of years.
For once there don't seem to be any others in this little set of roads/closes for sale at the moment, so if anyone has been waiting for one, they may well jump straight in.

I'm too late to the party, and the link isn't working, i wonder if it has sold?

Our house has no door from the kitchen to the dining room, and it drives me crazy. I have 2 routes to the dining, up the hall, or through the lounge. Both are equal distance. I have a plan though that involves loosing walls. :Hi:

The link won't work now because she's taken it off the market!

To be fair, her and b/f's circumstances have changed.
He especially, but also she, were having to spend quite a lot of time at his very elderly father's house most of last year - not an easy trip either, he lived at Eastbourne.
She decided she was going to move up to Liverpool and he couldn't leave his father - she didn't seem bothered that he wouldn't be going with her.
His father died, so he had all the sorting out to do, and of course was now free to make a decision one way or the other.

He decided he was prepared to move with her after all, which now entails selling his house (Bracknell); not sure what's happened with the father's house, I imagine he's sold it.
So I think they're selling his first, but haven't seen her to talk to properly.

On top of which though, the house opposite the end of our cul-de-sac has now gone on the market for an eye-watering £379,000  :o
This is the other layout, with the cloakroom by the front door, not under the stairs, so a slightly larger footage, but not a lot.
Can't see them getting anything like that but we shall wait and see...
Will go find the link so you can have a nose - some particularly cheeky wide angle shots on this one ;)

I can never understand that wide-angled lens business, it only leaves potential buyers very disappointed when they see the real thing :?
