Houses for sale

For our homes and gardens

I was 21 when we got our first mortgage, on that flat. I think you're right though.
Two of the nephews have done quite well, though. The one who got married last week is 28 and his wife is 25, they bought their home two years ago, I think it's on one of these first time buyer incentive schemes. The second nephew is 25, his girlfriend is about 22 and they moved into their house 18 months ago. I imagine that they're using the same scheme.
Housing in their part of Wales is pretty cheap though so I suppose it's not quite so difficult for first timers.
This one is just around the corner from my mother in law and it is a really nice estate to live on. 5 bedroom detached priced at £179,950.

Wow, lovely (that's very like ours apart from the extra bedroom) but then Wales is so cheap compared to English prices! I think your nephews have been wise to get started young, I know my Chris would have, if he could but you can't get a one bed flat in his area for under £200k :(

Well the neighbour I was expecting to sell is still to sell, but another in that block just sold a week or 2 ago for $1.1m
Its only 3 bedrooms for that price too.

But as I said to Helder earlier, Julia could have bought a village for what she paid for her house in Windsor.

He worked it out, very quickly, to be bout 1 million euros.

it's where it is and what it is.

If we ever sell this place, we'll be lucky to get about 150,000€

Houses for sale

I'm really curious now what ours is worth! We are 5 bedrooms, 2 receptions, and 750sqm land. $1.4-1.6m according to some website says G. That would make it ~6-800k more than when we bought 4 years ago. Jeepers!!
