That was funny this afternoon.

We were sat outside, in the sun and heard a car come up part of the drive. Next doors dogs were going bonkers, as they'd been left outside.

Out of the car got 4 people, Alexandra, her aunt and a couple, to look at the land next door.

They walked about 10 yards and stopped. Chatted for a couple of minutes and then got back in the car and drove away.

Would you buy a plot of land that hasn't got your own access, apart from either a land that floods or across some-one else's land?

Course not.

Off they went

There are a lot of plots around here, with permission to build. Sadly - not from our point of view    the local council has put a stop to all building for the foreseeable future.

A friend of a friends house - think he thought of a figure, doubled it and then added a little more.

The glass is in the windows is single glaze, the water from the bore hole is unfiltered, so always brown and it's been on the market for 5 years

He'0s actually put the price up from last year, when it was 250,000€ :o

He rents it out as a holiday let every summer, so I think he's including those figures

I can't get over the price of this one, I really can't imagine it'll sell at that price.
It's around the corner from us, as you look at the exterior picture the path we take to walk onto the common is just out of shot on the right.
