Sunflowers

I am going to plant one sunflower outside today. I statred it from seed and it is now about four inches tall.

It is in a pot on the windowcill in the kitchen. Gets a lotof sun in the afternoon and evening.
Have got anothert two about one inch tall and three more. I onlyput thesed in last week so no si hoots showing yet.

Have got the stakes ready for them

I love sunflowers :D My mum was very much into gardening, and she encouraged my sister and I to have a "race" every year, to see who could grow the tallest sunflower :D

We were given some plants a few years ago. Looked lovely, until the wind blew them over :roll:
