How Jose lived in that place, I have no idea. Probably in just a couple of rooms. He was of the old school. Wrap yourself up in September and have a bath in April. A lovely bloke, but not too pleasant to be near in the winter. We know his daughter and grandson, they look after our land.

This is the house Grumpy grew up in. Before the changes though It was just a small semi.
