Not sure what response you are expecting but for me it would be what a bargain. All you can get for that round here are static caravans or a flat near to work and believe me you would not choose to live around there.

Crommers that's a great price, a good step on the ladder for a young couple with the energy to sort it out a nice home for a small family. All you would get round here for that is a small retirement flat, or similar to what you posted Shell.

A semi in the crescent where I live has recently ben sold for over £200,000. It has an attached brick garage. Bought by a young couple with two children.

You wonder how people manage to get a mortgage.
