It seems a lot for a house which looks like it needs some work doing.

I’ve been past a few times, it’s about 15 minutes from my mother in law’s house, and it’s not far from the lovely sandy beach which might have some bearing on the price (and Mick and Pam’s Billericay home is only a couple of miles away ).

This is for sale near us. We can see it from the terraces.

Idiot next door must be kicking himself for paying the same amount of money for less than 2 acres.

If it doesn't come up, there is a ruin and a very large plot of land, as i said, with easy access from the stone road.

It's massive and the same price as he paid for his little less than 2 acre plot.
