Just over 250,000 sterling Kaz :roll:

And with ours being a lot cheaper, you could rip out the bathroom, shower room and kitchen, put modern in and still be under that price :roll: :lol: :lol:

You wouldn't need or want to rip out the kitchen Ton ;)
I agree the bathroom/s look more up-to-date but most people change those anyway, there's no way that's worth so much more than your beautiful house x

But it was brill when the grandchildren were younger, chuck 'em all in ;) 8-)

As Di said, a lot change kitchens and baths anyway when they move in xx

Then you have this one - we can see them from our lounge window - hideous :o Don't think it can be seen very well, but the drive way is in front of the wall :lol: :lol: :lol: and the gaps for the trees to be planted are in front of the drive down to the garage :shock: :lol: :lol:

This has been on the market for a while and we thought had been sold, otherwise we'd have gone to see it last time we were up in Ourique. Think they've just had their energy certificate sorted,that's why it's back on - and cheaper.

The village is small, but has a bar and the normal daily deliveries.

Our old neighbour died a couple of months ago and the family
have just put her bungalow on the market.
It is adjoining ours.
Our garden is 3 times as big as hers so i wonder how much ours would be valued
at :o
Hers has had nothing done to it at all so it is original.
