Gosh yes isn't it - is yours steep like that Lissie?

It's a very nice bungalow, and they're always a fair bit more than a house of the same size :)

Yes Di ours is steep too.
When we bought the bungalow 25 years ago we were young
enough to walk up and down the garden but that is now impossible.
OH built a 27ft boat down the bottom and had it craned out over the fence
on the hill.
The grandchildren loved the garden when they were little as they could hide away
for ages and not be found :D :D
Will try and find a photo of ours.

I don`t know, Ton :(
My daughter gave us a cutting a couple of years ago and this is the first time
it has bloomed.
It is rather lovely and i have been trying to find what it is called.
I will let you know if i find it :D
