Rhubarb rhubarb

The rhubarb at the allotment has gone bonkers so today I've had a rhubarb day!

Rhubarb relish, rhubarb ketchup and rhubarb and strawberry jam made. Rhubeena (rhubarb cordial - never made it before) left to drip over night and plain rhubarb jam sitting overnight to get the juices out. Stewed rhubarb ready for the freezer.

I'm going to have a go at rhubarb ice cream next week. Just need to find a recipe.
