That is a complete motherboard strip to replace the fan. Not a repair friendly design. Also he is using a power screwdriver, whilst it is fast, I would not use it to reassemble. The nuts are embedded in the plastic of the casings, very easy to shear off even with small manual force.
However, essentially 15 minutes work and relatively simple. I'd have made a lot more of the daughter board edge connection and making sure it fitted correctly, but other than that, acceptable.
It's not a large part is it.
