Goodbye MS Paint.exe

Another one bites the dust.

I grew up with this little beauty. It not only got me back into drawing, but it also got me messing about with photographs and photography and other imaging techniques. OK, it was limited in what it could do, but it was also very easy to use - no learning curve.

In their early days at school, when things were starting to be computer processed, it helped my children so much with their schoolwork... and it was free!

I think I used to use that on the odd occasions to get screenshots printed - Ctrl-Alt-Copy to clipboard and Paste to MS Paint, and print from there - would that be right?

There is a Windows Paint on W10, but to get a screen-shot, and get it printed, it's a different process ....

I said goodbye a long time ago and moved. First to paintshop pro and later to Paint.Net.

I believe mspaint is moving to a new 3D program??

I have PS pro and Paint.NET, as well as others, but for starting out and for little kids (3-4 yrs) doing the simplest of simple things it was the bees.
