Bom Dia todos.

What's the best thing to clean the screen on a lap-top please?

I've been dusting it, but think it needs a proper clean. Glasses cloth? Wet wipe? Damp cloth?

Jan, lay the screen flat on a table or worktop- don't try to clean it in an upright position, you might need to prop the keyboard part against a wall or pile of books etc. when doing this . Use a lint free or micro-fibre cloth. Do not use a solvent such as nail varnish remover or an aerosol spray such as furniture polish as they can damage the screen.

I have found that a light spray of spectacles cleaner gently wiped on with a paper towel then lightly buffed up with a glasses cloth works well. The cleaner is mildly anti-static, which helps to reduce dust from sticking.

Thanks WM, I've got microfibre cloths for the worktops in the kitchen. I'll try that.
