I've just finished Survivor by Lesley Pearse, perfect post-op reading. Now I'm going back to a book I didn't finish before I went into hospital, it's upstairs and I can't remember the name of it  but it's set in Germany during the war. I'll add the name later

ETA it's The Undertaking by Audrey Magee.

I'm re-reading The God Delusion by Richard Dawkins. I've already listened to it in audio read by the author, but it's a different experience reading the written word on my Kindle.

I've just finished The Fourth Hand by John Irving and next on the list is The World According to Garp. I've read both of them years ago so I'm going through a re-reading spell.

I finished The Rosie Project yesterday, I enjoyed it but it wasn't the mind-blowing read that the reviews had me believe it would be...

Now I'm going to start The House We Grew Up In

I am listening to The Last Word on Radio 4 just now……….Mary Stewart died on the 9th May.

The item about her hasn't been on yet so if anyone want to listen to it, you may still catch it.
