A tragic misunderstanding contributed to the death of a worker in a chocolate factory, it was reported today.

"Our colleague was trapped when crates full of chocolate bars fell on him" said a spokesman for Nestle. "Unfortunately, when he kept shouting 'The Milky Bars are on me!', his co-workers just cheered...."
