4. Godthab is the capital of Greenland but I don't know if that is the answer. Maybe its something else too!

1. I think it was flying Concorde. I know she was the first woman to do so but not sure if other women have done it too.

By the way - number 8, the javelin question. I cheated and asked my friends daughter (she throws the javelin and is set to be in the next paralympics) - she says is it a mens javelin or a ladies javelin. Apparently there is a difference in size!!!!!

No 7... I've cheated (maybe ?) and looked through my I-Spy book of Flags
but can't see one with a crane on, unless you mean the bird called a Crane,
in which case the answer is Uganda.
