Vocal Voices

An old Yorkshire man died and his wife had to put an announcement in the local paper.
So she rang the local rag and asked how much it would be to place an ad in the obituary column.
"£1 per word" came the reply
"that's a bit expensive" she said, but how about "Braithwaite's dead"
"Ah, there's a minimum of 5 words" came the response.
So she thought for a minute and then said
"OK, we'll go with" - "Braithwaite's dead. Volvo for sale"
