Middle street lamp is taller - Nanna
Lamp-post far left - the base of it has a different design - Ossie
Boy`s arm missing in shop window - Lissie
A white mark on the boy's blue trousers is smaller - Liz
One of the red sleds is missing part of its runner - Nanna
In the first pic, there's less snow on the slanted roof which lies behind and to the left hand side of the big clock - Ossie

Making the changes took about 15 mins, Ossie, finding a suitable picture............. that took forever!!!!
