Some of them look really good don't they, others are no doubt trying hard :lol: :D
Please don't ever offer me gooseberry cake though :P

Auntie Rene used to make them when she was doing a bakeathon, but she never used bun trays. The sponge mix was just spooned onto a sheet of greaseproof on a flat tray and she used Seville marmalade as the jelly base. Oh, and Cadbury's milk chocolate to top them off.

Oh yum, Jaffa cakes are my absolute 'can't resist' favourites - I rarely buy them as I can easily scoff the lot :? :oops: :roll: :lol: :lol:

The homemade ones sounds scrumptious, really looking forward to watching this later 8-)

Mine too but I now buy them in Lidl and they are so much nicer than McVities and so much cheaper!!
