You know, I've never watched this but I've seen a few trailers and it looks good. I can see that it's all on iPlayer so I'm going to start watching from the start.

We've watched all of series 1 today, actually I watched the first three last night, told John how much I'd enjoyed it and ended up watching them again with him :D

It's wonderful!

It just goes to show what a good actress Anne Reid is.

The scene at the birthday dinner table where Celia was giving out to Gillian over money was quite superb. I could feel myself cringing and thinking really?? At a family do?? And disliking her for it.

You could virtually see and feel her seething.

The acting round that table was sublime.

And a big shout out to the littlie actors. :cute:

And Derek Jacobi...the scene where Celia was yapping to her bespoke kitchen designer and had no time to wish Alan good luck was priceless.

Absolutely superb series.

I'm all caught up now, I watched Sunday's episode last night.

The dinner table scene was so uncomfortable to watch, you could actually feel the atmosphere through the screen couldn't you!

Little Calamity is absolutely brilliant  as is Flora.

Outstanding acting all round, and I can't wait for the next one on Sunday.
