How the West was won.

Uncle Ted took me and my cousins Denise, Linda, Brian and Jackie to see this in the 3D surround view tent on Woodhouse Moor, 1964.

The screen wrapped 2/3 round the tent and there was quad stereo sound, pre surround sound we have today. It was one of the first such screenings in Europe.

The film and the tech is now dated, but back then... I fell immediately in love with Caroll Baker and Debbie Reynolds. Sigh. Then came the Sound of Music and Louisa.... Ahhh.......
