I have just watched their Christmas show and I have two out of three.

I saw the dark night skies and Milky Way (Star of Bethlehem?) when south of Khamis Mushayt in Saudi Arabia, and the Aurora in Bodo, Norway, with the RAF. The nearest I have been to the Geminids was a night on Ilkley Moor on the way back from Southport one December. Me and the kids laid on the grass by the side of the road at about 1 in the morning. Not quite Mt Teide, but not bad.
