Just watching this again as I do every Christmas. :lol:

It is just such a fabulous production..every scene is excellent and every actor plays their part to perfection.

Even the dog. :lol: :lol: :lol:

I seen it starting, quickly sat down...and couldn't pull myself away. :oops: :oops: :lol: :lol:

We have a DVD of this.

Mrs A Isn't too keen, but I've watched it many times. It is a marvelous production, and brings
back so many memories of life during WW2. You've made me want to see it again.

I'm glad you've mentioned this Rodo. :D

To me it's testament to the whole story of how the curmudgeonly Mr Tom and the lovely William bonded and loved one another enough to be 'father and son.'

Have you read the book Rodo - I'm keen to get a copy now.

I watched Goodnight Mr Tom again this afternoon.

My eyes were watering most of the time. :cry:

It's a wonderful film.
