It is back again - yesterday evening and this morning. There are periods when the site is unusable. Even closing the browser and opening up again some time later does not help.

Initially the site becomes low to navigate pages, then it gives up. I have deleted cookies and history at my end to see if would help, but no. Ping and tracert are fine.
