Oh (((((((Osc)))))))) I'm so sorry, that's a huge disappointment about your trip, but I agree it is best to get all this sorted before you take such a long flight :(

Once it is all sorted I am sure you will be able to rebook xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

So sorry to learn your news Osc. x I hope it is not a serious condition, I have had ectopic beats for longer than I can remember and have been on a beta--blocker since about 1980.

Osc I'm really sorry to hear this. I know the holiday is a real casualty but you'd never forgive yourself if you went and something serious happened.

At least the analysis and diagnosis should lead to a regime which will stabilise, or even cure, the problem.

Holidays can always be taken again and the insurance should cover your costs. It's a disappointment but let's look on the positive side (which I'm really bad at) and hope that you can do this later, like, perhaps, next year.
