Osc, hope Mr O's tests go well. It's not invasive so much as just a real trachle to get them all done.

Normal work day for me, nothing special and I might go for a walk tonight. Or not since I'm out of ironed shirts.... My GCC tells me that I only need to keep 6,300 steps up daily for the next 23 days to hit my target of an 8,000 per day average due to my near 48,000 on Sunday. It's 7,800 already today so the walk is optional...
