Thanks hun - I went in with him, and just as well!! Talk about an ostrich!! The GP wasn't one we've seen before but she did a few little checks and ultimately he has to have a chest xray and a spirometry test, in the meanwhile she has given him a course of steroids and an inhaler, which he is most put out about - he actually asked her if he could just have the steroids!! He is like a child

So it looks as though he may have early stage COPD....the xray and tests will determine this

It's the fact the condition keeps recurring year on year, each time worse than before....winter is never as bad oddly enough.
