I'd love to have the room to hang them all. I hang the nicer ones, the rest (plain ones) have to go in drawers.
The vertical folding doesn't wreck them and means you get at least twice as many in each drawer, plus you can see them all :)

We were lucky that the couple we bought this house from must've been into bedrooms   as they made it a really big room when they designed it. It was crying out to be filled with wardrobes.

Thinking about it..it's actually my favourite room in the house. 8-)

Our bedroom is exactly the same size as the living room, so not exactly small, but we have two built-in cupboard-style wardrobes and that's it - and I have too many clothes  :?

Ah, it's the clothes thing, phew! :P

As my place is all on one floor the bedroom is my favourite place. I am the only one who goes in there so anything goes - oh please, do remember we are talking clothes stacking, folding, shelving, hanging or drawering.

Chair stacking is a fantastic method of item identification.... miles better than vertical folding. ;) :D

Hurrah! The Ikea bag and all my unwanted clothes are now in the clothes bank - they will be taken away between 3 and 5am!

Next time I have a clear out I'll do it when Don's safely out the country!

When I want to clear out Gs clothes, I just stop washing them. Eventually he's only left with what he doesn't really want to wear, so out they go. Unfortunately it never seems to work so well for me.

I honestly don't know how we used to manage. We had one wardrobe between us and a chest of drawers each. Getting the Ikea stuff where you decide what fittings you have inside has made a HUGE difference. It's what we bought for Tom's and Joe's rooms in the Summer too.
