Good morning Monday

Good morning all (and it is morning, and early at that - 5.54am as I start posting this).

Today we're off to Universal. Our tickets give us early entry to the Harry Potter area, an hour before the main park opens at 10am, hence why I'm up and getting ready so early as we have to get through that famous LA rush hour traffic to get there. Plan is to be on the freeway by 7am.
Yesterday was the coastal drive down from Malibu. We hadn't been to Malibu before, some of the beach front houses were gorgeous but I wasn't totally taken with the place. Love Santa Monica though so it was good to revisit and Venice Beach must be seen to be believed. There's a smell of weed in the air, we could even smell it in the car as we drove through the backstreets to leave, so you can imagine what it was like in the 60s and 70s

Evening all,

Just heading out from work.

I fixed the bike over the weekend. Took it for a decent run, filled up the tyres and parked it up. Came out in the morning, fired it up, rode to the traffic lights and took it right back to the parking space.

Flat back tyre!!! My tyreweld I always carry has lost it's pressure and I'm going to have to find some more before getting back tonight.

Life. It used to be easier.
