Start the potatoes cooking, after 5 or 6 minutes add chopped leek and cabbage (lots). When cooked drain then crush/mash with afork, add seasoning and butter. Put into buttered dish and grate cheese on top, bake at 180c for about 20 mins. Or omit the cheese and have a fried egg on top
