Our nice young neighbour.

Dan moved into the bungalow adjoining ours last year and has been doing it up including knocking walls down and drilling gulleys for new wiring.
The noise has been horrendous at times and i have had to ask him to give us a break.
He apologises and brings round a bottle of wine and scotch.
He is a very nice person and very friendly (apart from the noise)
Came home yesterday and on the step was a tin of Chocolates and a card.
The card said "thankyou for being great neighbours and putting up with my construction and noise"
What a nice young man he is.
