Morning all, it's a miserable day here, wet and cold. We are heading out for some retail therapy, we fancy a mooch around TK Maxx and I need stuff in Boots. We will do our supermarket shop too. Thank goodness for indoor shopping centres on days like today :D Hope everyone has a good day :)

Morning all

I remember a good few years back we had snow around Easter time, it would have been about 2 years after Karl and Nadine arrived in the country so 2009 or 2010? Ally, I don't blame your parents one bit for looking forward to their trip; I suspect most of us here would like to stow away in their luggage and join you in Spain.

It is a rather miserable day here as well and not due to clear until later in the week. Well as long as the weekend is dry then that's fine.
usual work day and evening home for me so nothing exciting to report.

Stay warm and dry everyone and hope you all have fun with your respective days and going's on xxx

Ria, it snowed here last April. I'll always remember because it was just days after Prince died and it immediately brought to mind his song, Sometimes It Snows In April :(

Saundra, have a lovely time with little Scarlett :D

We had snow yesterday, and then almost immediately, gorgeous sunshine for the rest of the day - today it's just rained through the night and showery in the day, I've managed to dodge them walking to and from work :)

We're off to our van in Northumberland tomorrow for a few days, back Sunday :D :D :D There is NO internet up there, so I'll not be about much, not even FB! Be good! Hopefully while we're away, John will be here to redecorate our bedroom....something to look forward to on our return and I'm boarding Charlie - just hope he manages the trip to the cattery, it's only five minutes in the car but he's so frightened in the carrier :(

Have a good Wednesday all xxxx

Grey and miserable again here. My son has gone to Las Vegas on a stag do; thew flew out from Manchester this morning. We worry about our children don't we? Even when they are grown.

He's due back next Tuesday. In my day a stag do was one night down at the pub!
