Good morning all. It's bright and mild here today, quite windy though.

John's out on his bike and I walked Billy first thing. Lunch has been prepared, beds have been stripped and I've finally sat down with a coffee. I really dislike Sunday mornings. Everyone else relaxes and I just have to carry on doing the usual jobs.
I wasn't happy when walking Billy either. To walk any distance there are two paths that we can take, both which run near to the dodgy chav estate. We've been sticking to the one through the woods because kids have been hanging out at a spot on the more open path and they've been smashing beer bottles so it's not ideal for a dog walk. They've now started hanging out in a clearing on the path in the woods too and for the last two weeks there's been a huge amount of cider cans, crisp bags plus those tiny gas canisters and the balloons which they inhale the gas from. This morning though there were a lot of broken bottles and smashed glass all over the path. Usually if there's a broken bottle I'll just kick it out of the way and leave it against a tree trunk or whatever, but there's far too much of it and it's in far too many pieces.

Have a good day all!

We've been for a lovely long walk, only made one wrong turn which made for quite a detour but we know where we're going now :D
VIP to meet at the station tomorrow :Hi:

Stopped for yummy coffee and toasted teacakes, and bought a fresh from the oven baguette on the way back - lunch could be rather late, thanks to teacakes :D
And spotted a restaurant for tonight's dinner :)

Really enjoying having all these amenities so nearby :)

Afternoon all, bright, breezy and cold here, just wish the temperatures would improve. Loving Di's FB photos....lovely blue skies and sunshine. I cheered myself up by taking out some summer clothes and having a trying on session for our holiday - I don't think it will be anything like as warm as last July, for example the evenings will be cool I think, but at least it won't be as cold as it has been here recently.

Mr Osc is watching footie and I am just about to make my lunch, then will tackle some ironing. No doubt snooker will be on throughout the day too, we've been watching quite a bit of it.

I should check out their local forecast Osc. My cousin who lives in Sicily has had some reslly unseasonal weather this Spring! Hopefully it will be ok for you though :)

Jo that's awful!

Di, a walk in the sun, then a toasted teacake sounds about perfect to me :D

Enjoy your lazy day, Jen :)

It's so chilly here! We did the food shop, then came home to put it all away and collect the dogs, to go and visit their "Grandma D" ;) Home now putting our feet up, before Mick drives into the Quays to collect B from work, so she can drive home.
