We've just come back from the bar

Now trying to find where the blasted clinic is in Beja - Antonia very kindly has said we can borrow her sat-nav.

Still cloudy here and not as warm as was forecast - in for a heatwave from tomorrow  8-)

Hi everyone - I was up with the larks this morning for a GP appt, she has given me another med to take in conjunction with my current one (for BP) as it seems set too high. I nipped to town after a chat with Jen before she went to work, and bought a bag for Aquafit, then home to look after Lily for a couple of hours. I am rarely asked to mind her, as one or other Grandma is there (she has three) but both are on holiday this week, so I was asked. She's been a joy! We walked to the park, it's quite a walk for a two-and-a-half year old, played on swings and slides and then walked back, only a short spell of carrying her needed!

We played building towers and played with Charlie.....then Lewis and Mum came at 4 to go home. Lovely afternoon

No plans for this evening, Jen is going straight to Kyle's after work as usual, so I'll be cooking for Tom and I and watching telly I think.

Tomorrow night we are all headed down to Lewis's presentation night for football. Should be good

Sunny and breezy here, has been all day

Have a good rest of Friday xxx
Gal
