Thankyou for your kind words. Sorry for the cut and paste from my FB page. I didn't know how else to start the post. Especially since I don't post often now.

He was a courier driver delivering a parcel to our neighbours. The courier company came round yesterday to say thanks and bought a bunch of flowers for me. They told me the autopsy report, it would have been instant, with no hope, even if he had been in hospital.
His family also came and bought me flowers. That was a hard visit, hugging his distraught widow.
It turns out he hadn't been to the dr in over 30 years! So his heart condition/blood pressure etc was unknown, so possibly could have been prevented. He was 55.
