I'm off for a quick run shortly, back for a swim then getting ready to pick mum & dad up from the airport at 10.50.

They'll be here till November 1st!

We went to Castleford this morning and got a bit of a shock, it was full of Romans!
Or at least people dressed like Romans. I don't know what the event was.
