Good afternoon all.

It's fine here - been shopping in town. (not very exciting).

Hope you all have a nice day.

Morning all :D

Started off a bit misty, but the sun's out now so looks like we're in for another lovely day :D

Shame about the booking Jan, hope the new one turns out to be even better.

What a worry for Don, hope he feels less anxious when he see his mum Ally xx

No plans for today, might pop into town later, we'll see......

Have a good day :D

Change of plan here - I'm coughing so much, it hurts.

So we just went to gt the cement. He can carry on working, I'm heading to bed with a book and will probably sleep, as I haven't had a lot

Osc

Cromwell, Bill's not complained yet about early walks so I think he's fine with them. Like the early bird getting the worm, the early dog gets the squirrel...or almost does anyway

Ally, I hope that seeing Joanie will ease Don's mind. Hope she's okay xx

Cromwell, happy new bathroom! How long has it taken?

Kaz, good to hear that Becky is better! We've been on that ferry a few times, but none of us have ever almost gone overboard.
Our first holiday with the four of us was to the IOW. Joe was 3 months old. It was the week of the petrol shortages and we weren't sure if we'd get home! Luckily we weren't in booked accommodation as my sister's ex had a house there and had kindly given us the keys for the week.
Funnily enough I was thinking of that holiday earlier as I heard a Ronan Keating song on the radio and it seemed to be playing all of the time that we were there.

Grey, quite warm and humid here. Lots of rain forecast for tonight. John's getting the bus to Lichfield to meet Lee and usually I walk down to town with Billy and meet him off the last bus home but I think I'll stay home tonight

Three weeks and three days Jo. He wasn't here every day though.

She was about 5 Jo, and climbed up on the rail on deck, when my mum took her eyes off her for a few seconds! Dad and I grabbed her    I have so many memories of those IOW holidays, thankfully most of them a bit less dramatic ;)
