Jan, have you convinced Grumpy yet that the next project is the ruin at the end of the garden to be made into a lady shed for you - I think it'd be fab!

Next project is another store-room, where the chicken house was. There's a base already there, so no problem.

I think with the ruin, it would be a money pit   - plus we'd have to get change of use and a habitation licence. It's down as a ruin on our deeds, so can't really do too much. We could make it water-tight, build up the wall and put a roof on. We'll see how the next project goes ;)

Afternoon :)
Beautiful day here too, although a chilly wind.

We were up very early, had to be at the hospital for 8.15  Will put an update on the other board.
Lovely to drive through the forest on such a day, at this time of year.
We saw ponies, and a lovely group of donkeys with babies, strolling down the middle of the road
Stopped for brunch of bacon and sausage butties (one of each, shared) and coffee.

Kaz time to get excited! :D
Osc we put the winter duvet on before we went away, I'm so glad we did!

Hope your days are going well

I certainly am looking forward to it :) Hoping the weather will be as lovely as it was when we went this time last year! 8-)

Well I ended up having to go into town before I went to D's! I've been asking Mick for about a week now to print off the travel insurance docs, he hadn't so I went to do it and the printer was out of ink! Ho hum! So the ironing isn't finished yet! I am having a cuppa and watching 30 year old episodes of classic Corrie on ITV3! Hilda, Mike Baldwin, Mavis! :D Sheer bliss

Too late now Kaz, and I guess you need ink anyway, but I just take a note of the insurance co's phone no. and the policy number.

Yes, you're probably right Di, in fact Mick said similar, but we did need the ink anyway :)
