Morning all :)

Good luck to those having jabs, or feeling poorly ((((x))))

I just went to make up H's bed, as he's coming for a few days on Saturday, and discovered a big tear in his duvet cover! So as he's not a fan of flowers or embroidery, as per my spare covers, I'm popping to town to get him a new set

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Morning all

a rather grey miserable but oddly warm day today and I'd much rather be at home on the sofa than at work :D
:D Kaz, I'm sure H will appreciate the fact that you're getting something more masculine for him.

Hope you all have a good day and enjoy the various bits of shopping, pootling etc that you're all doing

Good afternoon all.

It's trying hard to rain here. We've been shopping in Sainsbury's, but things in there were somewhat hectic,
as half of the lights were out. Apparently workmen are getting the store ready for when Argus joins them,
which must be soon.

Hope you are all O.K.

Morning all..........almost

Dull and miserable here.

We had our flu jabs some weeks ago Lissie, no sore arm or side effects at all. Had my shingles jab on Friday and again absolutely nothing.

We're up even later than usual for us, plan to get out before 1pm, we'll see. Need to pop into town for the prescriptions and then we'll be off to M&S, then Tesco. Fingers crossed E doesn't find the chair too difficult to push, bit worried about that. We've worked it out so that we can avoid any slopes and we've got a self propelling chair so although my shoulders won't allow me to do too much, I will be able to help when needed. Plan to use a scooter in Tesco, he definitely couldn't push me and the shopping. E's more concerned about me running amok, so if you hear of a mad woman terrorising shoppers in Tesco Broadstairs, it'll be meImage

Have a good day :D

Hope it goes well Jen x

I've had a hectic morning....woke late as I was awake half the night with palpitations. Then Aquafit, which I took slightly easier than normal. Very quick coffee after as I had to come home for Charlie and then off to the vets again with his wee sample. I was ten minutes late (!) but he's got a clean bill of health and I am £65 worse off!! He was a little star in the carrier - cried a few times but no messing! 8-) After we'd left the vets I called for petrol and then ran round Tesco and Aldi for the weekly shop and now I've just had a banana sandwich :D

It's a yucky day, dark and rainy, and quite cold.

Added to which Tom's going straight to the dog track from work today so he asked me if I'll walk Tip. I wouldn't normally mind but not so keen in the rain - and nor is Tip! I'll feed him after and then let him in for a spell in the conservatory (we don't have Lily-dog for a couple of weeks, she's in season so she's gone to the farm for a while so Tip won't bother her).

Kaz have a lovely time with H! Glad you're getting him manly linen 8-)

I think I'll ask about a flu jab tomorrow as I am at the GP to see about my new tablets and how my BP is doing (same) I will have to pay for mine as I don't qualify for a free one, but it's worth it for me.
