Good morning all, it's lovely and sunny here although chilly. We stayed in bed a bit later as we both had broken sleep due to coughs and general snottiness. However, I do feel better this morning, so hopefully the worst has passed. Going to take thing easy though, I want to pop up to the hairdresser to make an appointment for next week (Kellie pointed to my parting on Thursday and said "Granny, that hair is a different colour"  ) and we need some milk so a walk around the block to the shops will be my fresh air for the day.

Ally, it's going to be such a long weekend for you both, incredible you couldn't get a flight :o Lots of hugs and vibes coming your way xxxx

Isn't it!

Since Monarch went kaput and Norwegian airlines stopped flying Malaga to Brum last weekend! we are left with Jet2 (who had no flights till Wednesday) good old Ryanair it is then on their first available flight which is Monday morning.

Jeez!

Piddling down here

((((Ally)))) I'm sorry you can't get an earlier flight, always difficult living a distance away. I'm sure Joan will be feeling the love around her xxx

Glad you're feeling better today Lissie, just take it easy x

No plans for today, washing's on the go and that's about it.

Have a good day :D

No rain, but a lovely day.

Alan has been up and taken measurements, he's also going to make a T bar for my new washing line.

I've moved all the plants, bar the daisies and I'm now going to pull up the weeds by the fence and move the stone border.

Still waiting for Gez, but that's par for the course. If she says she'll be here at 11.00, you can normally say 11.30    All she said last night was "see you in the morning"

I'll be ready for a beer or three later, all this hard work.

Glad you're feeling better Osc x and hope Lissie is too x
