I "saw" it with BananaBananaBananaBanana going through my head. It suddenly clicked that it all looked the same backwards.

I am rubbish with colours, but good with patterns.

I hadn't realised, until very recently, that I have a fairly severe case of Aphantasia. I'm not totally image blind but I'm between very dim and absolutely no image. I can see flickers for a fraction of a second if I try very hard.

Apparently Aphantasia has lots of weird impacts on people but hasn't been sufficiently researched. One of the oddest things, for me, is that I dream in full colour images. When I can actually recall a dream which is about once every 2-3 years.

Wow I’ve learnt something today. I did the quiz and got an invitation to join the study. Lol.
I don’t think I was always like this though as I use to be able to picture something/someone to remember the background to remember where something was/ where I’d met someone and therefore remember their name. Now I only get a quick flash at best. I wonder if it can be relearnt? (Maybe this is why my spelling is so bad? I can’t see if it looks wrong lol

Ria, it is interesting, if not a little disconcerting for someone who just found out. I know I've never been able to do this Weka.

Mrs S, of course, when I mentioned this, just said "don't be stupid you're just not trying hard enough". She was, of course, a teacher..... :( :( :(

My memory is almost all visual, so I am probably polar opposite to this! Funny how we are all different 8-)
