Dull and overcast here.

Thanks for sending the card Kaz, thinking of Saundra and hoping for more good news.

Yesterday the podiatrist appointment went much as expected. He's sure the ankle is contributing to my hip pain. Apparently the 'good' one although nowhere near as bad, isn't straight either. I've got inserts for both and a new exercise to do 3/4 times a day. Seeing him again in 5 weeks time and providing I wear the inserts all the time and do the exercise there should be some improvement...….fingers crossed.

Popping into town in a couple of hours, need to chase a prescription and buy more fruit and veg.
