Hi all - Thursday so it must be Aquafit day! Left home earlier than usual to allow me time to grocery shop before class, rather than after - I needed to be home for 1pm as I had a guy coming out to clean my sofas and carpets - my he's done a fab job!!! They look (and feel) brand new!

Bit of sad news though.....Jen's (and Kyle's) cat Krueger has had to be pts They found him this morning very lethargic and with blood coming from his mouth. Took him to vet who suspects he's been clipped by a car and even if they operated there was no guarantee that he'd be the same.....so they decided to do as vet advised. She's very upset, said they both had a cry.....poor little thing

It's been a sunny and warm if quite windy day here. My brother and his wife are up at our caravan since yesterday pm and she said they got sandblasted walking on the beach! They come back tomorrow, we go on Saturday

I've just coloured my hair for the first time in ages - it looks very dark. Nice though, once I get used to it!!

Thinking of Di, And Saundra, sepsis is really nasty, you've done amazing to gett this far. Take it easy xx
