Lissie,
Can I join the club as I will be 84 in three weeks?
I know I am getting old but still go dancing.
Have a few aches and pains, but don't need glasses and have most of my own teeth.
Going for my annual MOT with the nurse soon. Will have ablood test before I go.
I get up several times in the night. Sometomes have a siesta to rechage the batteries.

Getting old is no fun.

You're right there, Lissie. I'll be 94 this Christmas, and starting to feel my age.

Flippin 'eck Aggers....if I get to your age, and look as bloomin good on it as you do, I'll be well happy!

You have a really good positive attitude to life and that shows in your outlook and how much you take part in the yearly Brum meets with your good self and your lovely wife Wendy. xxx

Thanks Jo for caring. It helps to know someone cares.

I seem to spend all my time looking after Don that there is no one for me.

Ignore me as i am feeling sorry for myself so i had better snap out of it.

lissie we all care.

Jenni mentioned you in the GM thread.

I'm sure you read all the posts and don't reply individually to each one even if someone has mentioned an ailment or not feeling too good.

Thankyou Ally but I don`t need another lecture.
I was only thanking Jo for caring.
I try to give good wishes to those that need them but perhaps when you are old you will realise it is difficult to keep up with things.

Oh for goodness sake lissie. I was not giving you a lecture.

Jenni actually wished you well before Jo did.

With all due respect I have elderly parents so I'm not averse to seeing what getting old is like.
