Chicken breasts - humungeous - the Portuguese prefer the smaller one's, so the foreigners get the bigger one's - on a bed on leeks. The chicken is slashed and we have crushed garlic, parsley and oil rubbed in. Baked in the oven, then creme fraiche, cornflour and water poured over it.
