For me, at the end of the month for a few days.

The car is going for an operation in the Algarve, so we will be stuck here, car less until he brings it back

So I'm having to plan food shopping, well in advance.

My concern is being stuck with Grumpy for up to a week, or maybe more without seeing any-one else.

One of us may be found in a hole in the garden

It's a major ish operation, he will make the decision when he gets it down to his garage. We trust his judgement, so will just have to go with it. Jan has said that we can borrow one of their cars, if needed, but I said we'd see how long we could last, before killing each other
