 Saundra

We've just had wholemeal pasta twists, with a sauce made with queen mince and mushrooms, in a tomato and chilli sauce. It was pretty nice 8-)

Chicken here as well, but chicken breasts with rice, peas and a korma sauce. A little bit on the dry side, could have done with more sauce.

No left overs because yesterday we had a power cut across the north of the town, so it was down to the Hunters Lodge Inn at Wincanton where we were dead lucky; we just scraped in and got one of the last two tables going for their popular carvery (£10.95). :D

Cajun pasta here. Nice and easy. Pasta, a tin of tomatoes and some chicken all put in the Instant Pot, cooked for 4 minutes and then some tomato purée, creme fraiche and Cajun spice stirred in.
