Good afternoon everybody.
Took the cistern off the back of the toilet yesterday afternoon. I also fitted a new inlet valve in the cistern. When I connected it back up got a leak. Phoned the Heating engineer who has serviced our boiler.
He came in less than an hour. Put a new valve to replace the original stop cock,and a length of pipe with new connectors. No leaks now. He will send the bill which will not be expensive.

Have had a lazy day. Mrs.e is improving. She has done some ironing. Not using a walking stick inside the house.

Osc, we are going to Southampton on a cruise on 1st June. Which ship will you be on?
