Good morning Wednesday

Postby Ally » 10 Jul 2019, 05:33

Good morning.

Looks nice enough out there. :D

Had an absolutely brilliant time at the meet yesterday. It was so lovely to see everyone again.

Having a day out with Don today. Going into town where there is plenty to keep us busy. :D

An early dinner then home not too late as we need to be packed ready for our early train to London tomorrow. :D

Have a great day everyone.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Bit hazy over the hills and a lot of high cloud around too, but supposed to be rather warn later, so we'll see ;)

Off early to Pingo and the chemist and then back to do not a lot. A swim is on the cards and might try and get on this new lilo thing we've bought for the pool. Nadine did it very elegantly, I almost fell in

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all :)

Ally, ditto! :) 8-) :) Have a great day with Don today xxx

Jan, a swim sounds soo good! xx

Morning Cruiser :)

Into town shortly to meet my friend for a cuppa, then I'll pop in to see D on my way home, hoping to catch my brother-in-law and wife before they set off home. It was my SIL's birthday yesterday so it would be nice to see her. Then there's plenty to catch up with here when I get home!

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Morning all, it is cloudy and humid here. I’ve been to the post office to take out some money, and am going to get my eyebrows tinted at 11am. My tummy is not 100% so I have cancelled going to the gym and have plenty to keep me busy here. I’ll print off all our cruise stuff and our tour tickets for St Petersburg. This afternoon I’m getting my cut and colour done. I also need to iron the bedding I washed yesterday. Glad the Brum people had a good time yesterday.

Morning all :D

Dry but very dull at the moment, the forecast says rain so not complaining.

Glad everybody had a great time in Brum, how many of you made it Kaz?

Hope you tum settles Osc x

Had a different physio for hydro yesterday and boy did she put me through my paces, a very full on 30mins. Whatever it's doing it seems to be helping, had a much better night and feel pretty good this morning. Back for more next Tuesday.

We're off to the cinema later, seeing Anna. The trailer looks good, lots of intrigue and action.

Have a good day :D

Good morning all, it's a humid one here.

I've been to town to do some shopping at Aldi and the Tesco delivery is coming this afternoon. There are still a few things that the others like from Aldi but I'm finding that doing it the other way around - main shop from Tesco and a few bits from Aldi - to how we used to do it, it's not actually costing any more. So much for Aldi being cheaper, I've actually found that it's not costing anymore to do the main shop at Tesco. And as a little bonus, it's costing even less now! Joe got a discount card once he'd been working for Tesco for six months, giving him 10% off everything in store (and online with the home delivery) and 20% off clothes, and he was also able to apply for one for someone who lives at the same address as him so I now have my own Tesco Colleague discount card

There's bedding and towels drying and now Joe and Amanda have gone out I can get into the spare room and Joe's room and change the bedding in those.

Osc, you were certainly missed! Hope you're feeling better as the day goes on xx

Jen, just answering for Kaz as she's gone out by the looks of things - there were seven of us. Frank, Aggers and the lovely Mrs Aggers, Ally, Ria, Kaz and me.

Have a good day all!

Lots of high cloud around but still warm at 34C 8-)

We forgot to pay the motorway toll this morning, so are going in again later this afternoon and will have a few beers on the way back.

Just had a lovely swim and float in the pool - naughty Grumpy took some photos of me wallowing and reading 8-)
